The children and staff had a most enjoyable and interesting visit to Omagh Library today. Julie from the library give the children a very detailed tour of the many different sections within Omagh Library ~ from the toddler groups, the services available for children and their parents and not to forget the ‘Knit and Natter’ group for grandparents. The children listened attentively to Julie as she talked about the range of books available to borrow from Omagh Library. The children were then able to use their library cards to return their books using the very efficient computerised system. The children were able to borrow books and print their receipt so that they have a receipt to remind them of the books they borrowed, as well as having their return date printed on their receipt. We thank Omagh Library, and in particular, Julie, for facilitating this visit.
