They saw talented demonstrators at work, keeping traditional heritage skills alive for the next generation. They saw many demonstrations throughout the day including:
- Blacksmithing
- Wool weaving
- Printing - the old school
- Food demonstrations
- Traditional baking
- First person interpretation
The children had a most interesting and enjoyable day at the Ulster American Folk Park.
