The children were privileged to be invited to the opening of ‘Granda Ben’s Ethical Zoo Trail’. The children enjoyed the trail and the outdoor learning about many zoo animals and their habitats. The children also listened attentively to the guides sharing many facts about the zoo animals. This educational visit lends itself to many aspects of learning in line with ‘The Northern Ireland Curriculum’. The photographs explain the work on the journey over the past two years, to the opening today of ‘Granda Ben’s Ethical Zoo Trail’. What a great day!
